1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CompleteMove application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

CompleteMove is operated by CompleteMove Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

CompleteMove is a property transaction management platform that helps homebuyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors, and removal companies manage UK property transactions. The platform provides tools for milestone tracking, communication, document management, and coordination between all parties involved in a property transaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Payments

Professional accounts (estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors, and removal companies) require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis.

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play using in-app purchase mechanisms.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

Customer accounts (homebuyers and sellers) are free of charge.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, the following terms apply:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The cost of renewal is the same as the initial subscription price unless we notify you otherwise.
• To cancel, go to your device's Account Settings and turn off auto-renewal for this app.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload or transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by CompleteMove Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

CompleteMove does not provide legal, financial, or conveyancing advice. Any information provided through the App is for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CompleteMove Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your device's subscription management settings before deleting your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
